THE CONCEPT At the suggestion of the Walcha Arts Council, Walcha Council has adopted the concept of developing Walcha as an Open Air Gallery. The decision was taken for a number of reasons, not least of all to develop Walcha's distinctiveness, to provide an additional dimension to the quality of life of our community and to provide a source of expression for our very talented local artists. more ..
