The Local History Centre houses the Walcha and District Historical Societies paper records including family histories, local government papers, photographs, books and maps.

This unique facility was built in 2001 with the assistance of the Walcha Council, a Centenary of Federation Grant and Local service Organisations.

Opening Hours:
We recommend that you make an appointment on 02 6777 2623 or 02 6777 2114 so you will have full access to the historical society records.
