Free Immunisation Clinics are held on the Second Tuesday of each month from 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM at the Community Health Centre, Middle Street, Walcha. The dates are also advertised in the local papers the week prior to the Immunisation Clinic being held. Parents/Children attending the clinic should ensure that they are at the Community Health Centre, Middle Street, Walcha as early as possible to avoid delays. To assist the Staff at the Immunisation Clinic, please bring along the following: * Baby Health Blue Book * Medicare Card * Any other relevant information Contact details |
