Casual Gardener

Council requires an additional Staff member to fill a casual vacancy servicing both Council's NDIS participants and to also relieve for Council if required.   The successful applicant will be required to undertake garden duties as specified in the Position Description.

The Salary and conditions shall be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2017.  The position has been graded in Council's Salary Structure as Grade 1.  Council is an EEO Employer and offers a smoke free workplace.

The ESSENTIAL and desirable selection criteria for this position are:
* School Certificate.
* 6-12 months experience in a similar role.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all staff and the public.
* Ability to complete standard forms and maintain records.
* Physically capable of carrying out the position.
* Class C Drivers Licence.
* Police Check
* Working with Children Check.

* First Aid Certificate
