Workplace Risk & Safety Coordinator

Council is seeking a full time Workplace Risk & Safety Coordinator.  The successful applicant will:
  • actively drive the Work Health & Safety (WHS) Committee; 
  • ensure that all legislation requirements are met;
  • implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks and 
  • facilitate Return to Work Injury Management.

The salary and conditions shall be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2017.  The position has been graded in Council's Salary Structure as Grade 7.  Council is an EEO employer and offers a smoke free workplace.
