Development Control Plan (DCP)

Walcha Council has developed a Development Control Plan (DCP) to control and regulate advertising signs and structures within the Walcha Shire area.

Development Control Plan - Published: 11 Nov 2005
The Development Control Plan (DCP) covers all signs except those located on the property providing the service (eg. Shops in the commercial area). These signs are covered in the Walcha Local Environmental Plan (LEP). more ..
