The Annual Budget becomes part of the Annual Operational Plan. The Draft Budget is presented to Council and then placed on public exhibition for a period of 28 days. During this period written submissions on the draft Budget will be received by Council.
Council's Audited Financial Statements comprise of the General Purpose Financial Reports, the Special Purpose Financial Reports and the Special Schedules. They must be submitted to the Office of Local Government annually and become part of our Annual Report.

Within five months after the end of the financial year, Council must prepare an Annual Report reporting its achievements in implementing its delivery program, including its audited financial statements and a state of the environment report.
