The Integrated Planning & Reporting Framework begins with the Community Strategic Plan, which is a ten year plan on Council's main priorities and aspirations for the future.
Then below this plan is the Delivery Program, which details the principal activities to be undertaken by Council for a four year period and is renewed after each ordinary election of councillors, commencing on 1 July following the election.
Every Council must have an Operational Plan adopted at the beginning of each financial year, detailing the activities to be engaged by the Council within the current financial year to achieve the commitments outlined in the four year Delivery Program.
Council, at its Ordinary Meeting held on 28 June 2017 approved the Delivery Program for the four year period 2017 - 2021.
The 2018 - 2019 Operational Plan was adopted at Council's Ordinary Meeting held on 27 June 2018.
If you have any queries regarding these plans please contact Council.
