2022-2023 Operational Plan including 2022-2025 Delivery Program
Council have combined the annual Operational Plan with its four year Delivery Program 2022-2025 in the one document. The Delivery Program outlines how Council will contribute to achieving the vision set out in the
Community Strategic Plan 2032.
Supporting the Delivery Program is an annual Operational Plan. Adopted by Council each year alongside its annual Budget, the Operational Plan identifies the plans, projects and activities that will be carried out over the financial year covered by the Operational Plan to achieve the commitments made in the Delivery Program.
The Operational Plan includes the Budget, Fees & Charges and Revenue Policy for 2022-2023 financial year. The
Fees & Charges are available as a separate document.
