Local Governments are now required to record and display all Divisions made on any Planning Decisions to the Public.
The Register for Planning Decisions is updated monthly after the Council Me...Walcha's Tourism Website: www.walchansw.com.au was designed specifically for Tourism in Walcha. It will give you all the latest updated information on events, accommodation, attractions and tours that are happening in the Walcha district.
Walcha offers new residents the opportunity to enjoy a friendly country lifestyle, whilst still having access to a range of services including medical, education and shopping. Walcha is located half way between Sydney and Brisbane and is a great inland alternative route to the Pacific Highway if you travel via Thunderbolts Way through Gloucester from Sydney, it is only 420km, and 523km via Tamworth and on the New England Highway.
