From 1 July 2018 consent authorities are required to publicly notify their decision, as part of community participation reforms to simplify and increase transparency in the planning system under Section 2.22 and Schedule 1 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 4.59 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 and Section 124 of the Regulation, notification is given that the undermentioned developments have been granted. Details of the applications(s) and a copy of the consent with any conditions attached may be inspected without charge at Council's Offices, 2W Hamilton Street, Walcha between 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
